Easy Returns within 14 Days

At ABHILIPSA, we are committed to delivering premium men’s fashion to customers worldwide. Every order is prepaid and carefully processed for international delivery. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We value long-term relationships with our customers, and your satisfaction is always our priority.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@abhilipsa.us with your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if applicable). Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process. Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Only the main product should be returned. Any item showing signs of use, alteration, washing, or damage will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Due to hygiene and quality standards, certain categories may be non-returnable. In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at info@abhilipsa.us so that we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Suits, blazers, and tailored formalwear are non-refundable items. However, we allow size or style exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability and condition requirements.

 

International Returns Process

As ABHILIPSA ships internationally, customers are required to self-ship the product back to our return address after approval. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any international courier charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery of the return shipment.

Once the returned product is received at our facility and passes quality inspection, the exchange or refund process will be initiated.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Once we receive and inspect your return shipment, the replacement product will be dispatched within a reasonable processing timeframe. International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

For each order, only one return or exchange request is allowed.

 

Refund Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)

All orders placed on ABHILIPSA are prepaid. Once your return is approved and the product is received in acceptable condition, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider and international payment gateways. Please note that original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any handling fees are non-refundable.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled. Refunds are applicable only after the returned product is delivered back to our return address and successfully inspected.

 

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

Products purchased during clearance sales, heavy discounts, or promotional campaigns may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be offered at our discretion, subject to availability and product condition.

Custom-fit, made-to-order, or special size garments are not eligible for returns or refunds, as these items are produced specifically for individual customers. In case of manufacturing defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
